Michael Rees When I first tasted Penderyn I tasted local water. Growing up in Hirwaun and Rhigos I thought I could recognise the water in the whisky (if you get me). I also used to deliver bread for the Co-op when I was a kid across the area and used to deliver to an old lady on the edge of ystrafellte with a natural spring on her ...farm. It would be a couple of miles north of the distillery , tops. Is this where your water is taken from?
