MM David Clark
Hello Scott,
It's David Clark (attempting world record for for being fastest and youngest person to cycling the world august next year if you can't remember) looks like you had an amazing trip. well done. should meet up some time.

Yvonne Napier Scott's too modest to tell you (uh huh?!) but he's just heard from Guinness today that he is the official World Record Holder for the fastest cycle journey of the Pan-American Highway, in 125 days. Thanks again to all of you for your support and encouragement, and the very best of luck to those of you who are still o...n your journeys. No point in coming home here just now, the place is covered in snow/ice.

On October 25, 2009 Scott Napier considered himself the happiest man on earth - and with good reason. The Scottish cyclist just broke the world record after a whopping 125 days on the Pan American Highway.

MM Mark Congratulations mate. An incredible ride by anyones standards. Is that you with enough stories of parched soils and forked tongues or are you hungry for more? Enjoy the rest and I will catch up with you sometime in the New Year! MB

Am well and truly on the way home! The last couple of days have been really fun. Ushuaia is a really nice town and it was great to wander around with no pressure to be riding. I got myself some shoes and my pal Osvaldo lined up an interview on local telly and with a ne...wspaper. The t.v. thing was pretty funny, i've not seen it but i fear i may have done a Steve Maclaren. Also took a spin on a mountain bike into the national park. It was stunning and there was a sign with a mileage to Alaska, more photos! Jumped on a plane up to Buenos Aires yesterday and got a decent bed in town. Had myself an enormous steak and a couple of jars. Was a real buzz to the senses being in such a big hustling and bustling place, very cool. Am now at the airport about to head back up the world to Edinburgh, hopefully getting in on Thursday evening. Looking forward to seeing everyone again and having a good catch up over a shandy or nine. Been thinking the last few days about something you guys can maybe help with. The last four months have been like a sort of international cycle coma. I have no idea whatsoever about ANYTHING that has happened in the news, music world, big films of the summer, absolutely fuck all. Micheal Jackson goin six foot under is the last bit of news i heard. Imoportant things like sport have been okay, thanks to dad for the updates! But if you guys could fire in some stuff i should know about/go see/listen to, i'd really appreciate it. Cheers and cheers with a clink of glass soon :)
